Woah and woah, this place is awesome! The owners were extremely outgoing in making us feel comfortable and helpful in answering questions about their menu. The cinnamon buns were excellent. The cheesecake was the best I've ever had, the wild berry topping really set it apart. The jalapeno perogies were something we've never had, just amazing. We will be going back. What a treat.

Loved our visit to Three Farm Girls! My favorite was the jalapeño popper perogies (so flavorful!), but the mushroom hentoo dumplings and the potato, onion & cheese perogies with kielbasa, bacon, mushrooms, and red onion were all incredible too. We finished with a cinnamon roll, which was the perfect sweet touch. I've heard they might add empanadas someday, and I’m definitely keeping my fingers crossed. Can’t wait to go back!

A Must-Visit in Palmer Lake! Stopped by Three Farm Girls this morning and was seriously impressed. Everything on the menu is gluten-free, and you’d never guess it—the cinnamon roll was one of the best I’ve ever had, and the breakfast burrito was packed with flavor. Great food, friendly vibes, and a wonderful small business to support. If you’re anywhere near Palmer Lake, don’t miss it!

Came up from South COS to check this place out and it was worth the treck! The food was flavorful and the atmosphere was restful! We tried both the potato and jalapeno popper perogies as well as the dumplings and cinnamon rolls. It all was absolutely delicious and though a dedicated gluten free facility i would never have guessed it was gluten free. The texture of the perogies and dumplings were chewy, soft and held together. The cinnamon rolls were the best i have had in years. My two year old was even loving all the food as well as watching the trains and cars go by and paddle boarders on the water. There is only outdoor seating but on a July afternoon it was still cool sitting on the porch bar seating. The "three farm girls" and dad who run the place are such lovely people. Can't wait to come back and try more menu items.

I was dx'd with celiac over 20 years ago and my hubby has always been willing to take me to distant lands for gf safe food. This place is 100% worth the trip. He even rated the breakfast burrito as the best he's ever had, which is saying a lot becuase he can eat the gluten version. My favorite is the biscuits and gravy. Please go to this place next weekend and suport the amazing owner and her family. Your tummy will thank you.

I’ve been gluten-free for a while, which has made eating out more cautious than exciting. When I ran into one of the owners of Three Farm Girls and heard they were opening a gluten-free spot in Palmer Lake, I was curious but cautious, gluten-free food can really be hit or miss. Well, I finally made it over there today… and I’m honestly upset with myself for waiting so long! We ordered the waffles, the breakfast bowl, the biscuit sandwich, jalapeño soup, and cinnamon rolls—and every single thing was incredible. The biscuit on the sandwich was so good, I almost didn’t believe it was GF. My kids demolished the waffles (not a crumb left). The breakfast bowl? Savory, hearty, and so good we were all fighting for bites. The jalapeño soup had the perfect balance of spice and comfort. And the cinnamon rolls? 5/5. Absolutely amazing. The owners were kind and welcoming, and even though it was chilly out, the back patio heaters made it cozy. We left full, happy, and already planning our next visit. Tip: Don’t go alone; bring friends or family so you can sample more of the menu. Trust me, you’ll want to try it all!

We recently hosted a 16th birthday party and had the absolute pleasure of working with Irene of Three Farm Girls—and WOW, they knocked it out of the park! From start to finish, the experience was seamless, joyful, and delicious. Not only was the food incredible, but Irene went above and beyond to ensure everything was 100% celiac safe. She even made a special birthday cake gluten free! Irene has a heart for service and made our celebration stress free. If you're planning an event and want amazing food, top-notch service, and a someone that truly understands dietary needs, look no further. Three Farm Girls made our celebration stress free and is our new go to caterer.. We love eating at the store too!

This intimate eatery stands out not only for its warm and inviting atmosphere but also for its unwavering commitment to gluten-free cuisine that never compromises on flavor or texture.

From the moment you step onto their porch seating area, you’re welcomed by the friendly owners—three sisters and their father—whose passion and genuine care enrich every dish served. Their menu is a celebration of comfort food reimagined with farm-fresh ingredients and creative flair. Highlights include the jalapeño popper perogies, praised for their bold yet balanced spice, and the mushroom hentoo dumplings, which offer a delicate but savory bite that lingers pleasantly. The potato, onion, and cheese perogies paired with kielbasa, bacon, and sautéed mushrooms create a hearty, layered palate that feels both satisfying and thoughtfully crafted.

For those with a sweet tooth, the cinnamon rolls deserve special mention—fluffy, moist, and perfectly spiced, they hold their own as some of the best gluten-free pastries around. Equally remarkable is the cheesecake topped with wild berries, a dessert that elevates the traditional with bright, fresh notes and silky texture that melts on the tongue.
